If your videos come out black (Especially if they're black but have sound) then the issue is probably caused by not having the Motion JPEG codec. This codec is available free as a part of the K-Lite Codec Pack. Please download and install the codec and try again. If this does not resolve the issue, contact help@wegame.com with the following information:

• Game name and version
• Your operating system (Windows XP 32 bit, Windows Vista 64 bit, etc)
• Your graphics card
• Any other useful information (Is WeGame producing videos with other games?)
